Looks like the BB code view is toggled to "on". You should be able to tap the 3 dots (circled in red in my screenshot below) and then tap the square brackets (i.e. [ ]) and it should toggle BB code to "off" and the revert the view to what you're used to seeing it.

Yes you are correct sir.

There was a window of a couple hours where I thought there “could” have been a slight improvements but alas its just as as it has been for some time.

In fact yesterday I was unable to read or post for quite some time because regardless of refreshes the site wouldn’t paint properly. If anything worse than before.
