Persistent "Page could not be loaded" error

I've been noting a recurring issue on both the desktop and mobile site where seemingly every other (or every few) attempts to open/refresh a page or open the notifications panel results in the following error -:

Yes - have been getting that for well over a month - PC and iPhone

Yep, this has been passed on a few weeks ago, although a fix is seemingly more difficult than expected.

Please report any further issues in this thread, as it helps us reproduce and fix as best we can!
