PE ticket questions- PER-SYD-LAX-LAS

I am flying on a PE ticket from PER-SYD-LAX-LAS vv. O class. Does anyone know what the SC earn is for the domestic legs PER-SYD and LAX-LAS? The LAX-LAS is on DL but on VA flight number.
Also, I have a short connection time in Sydney, do you know if WP flying PE is entitled to an Express Path card through outbound immigration at SYD? If so, would I collect this at PER, or at the Transfer gate in SYD?
Is there any Express Path available at LAX?

WP is definitely express path eligible - you should be able to grab it from the transfers desk in Sydney (where you get the voucher for cross terminal transport I think?) or just jump in the business check in line, show your boarding pass and they should give you one.
Not sure re: SCs, my guess would be full economy but I'd look at what your fare class is for those legs and use the checker on the website (though someone else probably has experience)
