Passenger thrown off plane for sitting in first class

The interesting thing about this is that it doesn't look like any First Class I've ever seen ( I know the yanks refer to Dom J as F) this looks more like premium economy to me

For whatever reason he being dragged off, it was not because it he had tried to sit in F.

This story seems to be changing depending on where you read it.

Originally it was posted the man made repeated attempts to sit in First class, and had been asked to leave several times. He was 'arrested' back at his original seat. (There were reports the passenger was walking in the aisle with a glass of 'champagne' taken from F).

Other reports suggest it was not first class, but rather he had attempted to move from E- to E+, which either has to be paid for, or accessed via status on UA flights.

The E+ story sounds more plausible.

On my flight last week on QF41, two young men boarded towards the end and jumped in empty business seats. They were found out pretty quick and went easily when asked. At the time I thought I wondered if this action would ever result in a bigger reprimand.
