Not sure where to put this question.
Booked award flight QR through Qantas for a flight in July.
On the My booking screen, details, scant as they are, seem correct. FF# etc.
On the Qatar site, going into passenger details, they're not. Wrong FF# and wrong country! Which I can't leave incase it makes a mess with passport details. Have tried 4 times, twice with Qantas, twice with Qatar. Qatar say Qantas has to fix it, as they have the right software. Qantas says it IS fixed. (after trying a couple times.)

What to do??

I had this same issue with a QF reward booking on QR. I phoned up and had QR alter the contact number, FF number and choose seats for the flights.

Was it a situation where you couldn't change it yourself, although you could see that you SHOULD be able to change it? It's driving me nuts. i definitely can't fix it.

Qatar said they definitely couldn't change the contact number, or FF number. They said I had to do it through Qantas. (and my country of origin...that's the one that upsets me, if it's wrong it could contradict my passport.) It said Christmas island first, and now it says Switzerland!! WTH?
Rang Qantas, ...no chatted with Qantas. (useless operator) who FINALLY understood what I was saying, after dealing with 71 other people (probably) at the same time as me.
She changed my QFF number, but, no change on the QR website. All wrong still. It's been days now,

The QR website WON'T allow me to do it myself, although I can see that it should. It keeps coming up with an error code (already used that QFF number, and do passengers in 'order').
So now...do I ring Qatar again, or ring Qantas again (and spend another 2 hours each....???)

Passport information will be updated at checkin when your passport is swiped. It's usually at that stage that it's transmitted to your destination country. So I woldn't worry about it now.

As for your FF number, is there a particular reason it needs to go in now? you could try amending via Finnair's website. I've had the same problem trying to change my BA number to QF on a BA booking - same error message that a number is already recorded. But a couple of attempts (competely deleting the previous number, logging out and back in again) eventually worked. But if there's no immediate need for the FF number to go in, you could also wait until checkin (at the airport).

Just make sure your preferred FF number is on the boarding pass.

no real reason I want the FF number right, it's just that the whole Passenger details section of the QR b ooking is wrong....including the FF numbers for both of us.
It's more the country - as it's on the contact page, if they were to try to ring me, they won't be able to as it says 'christmas island'!! at the moment, and the wrong dial code. I want the contact, incase something goes wrong with the flight.
AND, as I said, i worried about the passport bit. But. If you say not to worry about it.....

just one less thing to worry about....amongst about 700 things at the moment...

I've had the 'Christmas Island' come up before - it's still +61, so there shouldn't be an issue with them contacting you? At worst case - and we're probably all doing this anyway right now - monitor your booking frequently (I'm checking mine every couple of days).

Can understand you want the details of the booking correct. The wrong FF number is strange. You might be able to do something via Finnair. It can take a bit of playing around with, but eventually you might get it to work (remember to log completely out, and log back in a minute or two later). Otherwise, correct the erro at checkin.

It's looking less and less likely that we'll go anyway.
I just can't see myself doing a tour of France, Germany and Italy in a 'recovered' situation in 8-10 weeks time.
I can't see myself being comfortable getting 8 x flights, umteen trains from city to city, and visiting tourist hotspots like the Forum, the museums and cafes and restaurants...without significant problems, least of which is our comfort and trust that it's hygenic. Because if it ISN'T hygenic, that brings on the next problem - if we happen to get it while we're away (I'm 57, he's 60) and have a temp, and we're stopped somewhere,....then....we're stuffed. Let alone if we were to be sicker than normal, which is unlikely, but...you never know. If our river cruise is cancelled in the middle,...what to do for 2 weeks?
I just can't see this sorting out over the next 2 months. I dont' think the bomb has gone off in France and Germany yet. But I'm suspecting it will.
it's looking - well, not fabulous. I wanted it to be fabulous. :(

Chrsistmas Island for some reason is standard for the Country of origin phone number . I gave up trying to change it . I tried again now based on your post with no success. I know it works as it is though.

In a similar situation, my wife has my QFF number against her details on the QR website. Tried various OneWorld Manage Your Booking sites with no success. Strangely looks ok on the Qantas site. Other details appear ok so not bothered enough to endure calling or SMSing Qantas about it.
