Paid with bpay, still not showing on booking

Hi, first time here.
Last Friday about 8:30am AWST I booked a couple flights (QF1) and opted to pay with Bpay for no fees. Oh what a big mistake that was.
I triple checked that the reference number and biller code was correct, then sent through the payment through commbank, got a email not long after from the bank saying your payment to Qantas has been processed. Cool, thought it must have gone through without issues then right. On the booking it says allow up to 2 business days to reach them.
I have checked every day the flight booking, still says AMOUNT DUE $****, Payment must be made by midnight Friday 22 October 2021. It's now been 4 business days this week + last friday since I booked in the morning. I can't touch anything on the flight until payment has been received by their end.

Has anyone had this kind of problem before with bpay and how long is it before they cancel the booking due to not receiving the funds even though i've sent?
This is my first time dealing with qantas and I very much regret choosing the feeless option, it's just created a big headache.

I paid - just the once! - by Poli... it also took ages to go through. But when I rang they didn't seem fussed by the deadline being missed. Mind you that was jetstar, but I guess QF is the same.

It does say 'payment must be made' (by you) rather than 'payment must be received and processed by' (Qantas). So as long as you have made the payment on time it should be ok.

With other transactions, does it appear that the bank may hold the money a bit too long before processing?

Oh gosh, good to hear that this is not just happening to me (sorry!). I made a Bpay on 21/10 and yes, my 'manage booking' says amount due$,,,, for 2 weeks. I wanted to sort this out asap so called today, and then got hung up after over 3 hours of waiting. I will keep you posted but can you please keep updated your status on this? Hope we both can get this solved soon!!!

I've had such a big headache from this whole ordeal. First time I got through to the call centre (5 hour wait) the guy helped, said it's all sorted and ticket will be emailed shortly. I got the itinerary emailed but it still said due $**** and I couldn't make any changes in manage booking either.
Back to holding a few more times before I got through again, asked to just cancel the flights and give credit voucher. Got the voucher emailed straight away, then I couldn't use it to find flights, button to search for flights wasn't showing up with just that 1 voucher.
Called up again, booked with the voucher over the phone with the new flights I want, which is in just over a week's time now to London. Still using the same booking reference code as the original, got emailed itinerary but once again I can't Select a seat or enter APIS. Says "You are ineligible for seat selection" BPay amount due $0.
Gonna call again when I have enough hours to do so. Qantas sucks.

Have paid by Bpay myself and if the ticket is off in the future it's never been problem, even when I'd Bpay'd at 10pm just 2 hours before the payment was due.

Glad it worked out.
