As we are fast approaching the end of the Year and Xmas is almost up on us would any one like to pre-empt what we may receive this year as a Xmas present from QF?
 
The Four Pillars Gin from last year hasn't been opened... yet

I imagine they will differentiate - P1's who earned it last year, vs hangers on (like me) who last qualified for P1 in 2019.
 
Shouldn't this be in the P1 thread?

Anyway if they decide to send something that would be nice. I totally forgot about the gin lol (spot the non gin drinker!).

time will tell what they send.

Don’t want to sound like a total humbug (bah) but I miss the P1 gift of Comte, Millesime or Pol Roger Winston Churchill…. And while a gift is a gift and better than no gift one has to remember that the relationship with QF is very much transactional - and the new spirit based offerings are around 1/4 of the value and somehow just reinforce how QF have devalued the P1 program at every single possible point. But more to the point those Champagnes were super….
 
P1 Christmas gift arrived! this morning via Australia Post with a letter from Vanessa, seems she has spoken to a number of P1 customers since she took on the role as CEO who told her how much they loved the special Christmas bottle of gin…..so this year we get a special edition Platinum 1 Four Pillars Summer Gin! Clearly days of lovely bubbles have gone for good sadly!

At least it was simple delivery and no hassle with that!

The Four Pillars "Platinum One Summer Gin" arrived in the mail today, with a letter from Vanessa Hudson.

Bugger. I'd prefer the Negroni (or the bubbles of the past) over the gin (yes, I'm aware that gin is a critical ingredient in Negroni's) but I have plenty of gin already at home.
