QF survey on a new OW benefit

Anyone get this survey? I don't know if other airlines have a similar (to QF) thing where the cheapest Y tickets are not eligible for upgrades, but that part makes sense. The upgrade priority may be the interesting part. based on status, time requested, fare class or other?

Alliance-Wide Upgrades Coming to Oneworld?

The Oneworld alliance is currently working on a new "upgrade award" system.

There's a number of issues with ticketing implementation though, as it would require that the airline you are upgrading through to take over the ticket, or at least that specific ticket coupon.

Whilst oneworld carriers can take over each others' tickets already, this has the possibility of becoming next level messy particularly for AA as AA is now the only oneworld carrier who is not on Amadeus. All other carriers are on Amadeus so at least they can see each others' PNRs.

Any update on this? It's now 2021 and I've heard nothing further about this from Oneworld.
