Hi All,

At the end of June I flew back to LHR on BA16. This was booked when QF and BA had the JSA and the ticket was on 081 ticket stock. I was expecting/hoping to get the original points earn of 100% miles flown + 75% status bonus for being QF SG.

However checking when the flights were credited, I was only given 25% of the miles flown as the rules had changed or something. However, I was under the impression that Red Roo had indicated original points earn would be honoured if the flights were booked before the JSA was introduced? How do I go about doing this?

Cheers,
