Some people may recall that Optiontown used to provide a cheap way to upgrade on a list of airlines including Egyptair, South African Airways, RwandAir, Vietnam Airlines, AirAsia X, Oman Air, Cambodia Angkor Air, and also some very niche carriers like Air Burkina from Burkina Faso.
In 2019 I even got a USD22 upgrade to Business Class on Air Namibia (before they went bust) through Optiontown.
I just had a look at the Optiontown website, and they seem to be only partnering now with Vietnam Airlines. Did something change recently? Looks like they no longer sell upgrades for any other airlines.
FWIW, Plusgrade does a way better job than Optiontown anyway, so it's not that surprising that other airlines no longer want to work with Optiontown.
