After booking our Round-the-World legs for Sept-Oct next year, as novice FF'ers we hit the obvious snag - not being able to get flights from US mainland for four days in Hawaii and then back to Sydney.

The plan is now to fly LA - SYD (booked) after doing a mainland-Hawaii-mainland package deal. My question is whether its possible (from Aus) to obtain a Denver-Hawaii-Los Angeles "open-jaw" booking - on a package including hotel. Have looked at Priceline & Expedia & get returns to city of origin only.

Any clues would be great. Thanks
