Has anyone been able to use the OW RTW trip planner (oneworld planner)?

My attempts to price a simple RTW trip in J (BNE-LHR-MIA-LAX-BNE) continually bring up the error message 'You have missed out some flight data. Ensure you have chosen all flights or selected "surface segment" where you want to travel from one city to another by alternative transport'. 'Help' brings up a 404 error.

I would really like to be able to use this tool, as am leaving on this route in a week, and the travel agent is dragging their feet. Any advice or tips gratefully received.

Thanks - but I'm still getting the same error message, even when I tried your itinerary. Tried Firefox (default) and Internet Explorer, a PC and a Mac. Very frustrating.

Got it working - had not realised you have to select individual flights for each leg before it lets you proceed. Useful tool, unfortunate about the 8-day advance booking rule as am leaving in a week...

I've been trying to use the tool to plan a DONE4, but have been having significant difficulties getting a result when trying to find flights on the DFW-ANC route.

Availability according to Seat Counter was decent up until recently (not so much any more) but I haven't even been able to get a 'Sorry, no flights are availble' message, rather the search keeps timing out. No other route I've tried seems to have this issue.

Anyone else have any luck with DFW-ANC?

I may be wrong but I thought it was a seasonal (summer only) route - perhaps you're searching dates when it does not operate.

You are correct. Normally only operates from late May through to September some time. The dates vary each year.

Yes, from 1 June to 30 September, as per the AA site - I've been checking dates all throughout that period.

Previously, if you went outside that range, it would say that no flights were available. Now it simply refuses to load any response and always times out (only on that particular leg mind you).

Seatcounter now seems to show pretty much no availability on the route at all, in any class - maybe AA has cancelled the service? Can't find any reference to that anywhere else.
