Generally how long it takes for the e-ticket to be issued that requires a manual adjustment? Yesterday I added a Japan Airline flight to my existing J RTW booking, but the agent had to manually adjust the points required because the system tried to double charge me on point cost. (The ticket was originally issued at 221k points, then it went to 280k points after adding a CX flight, but now the system doesn't recognise the fact that it is already at 280k points and tries to charge me for the difference between 280k and 221k points again when I add a Japan Airline flight).
In the past the e-tickets were issued really quickly but this time it's still not issued after a day, is there a point when I should start to get worried? My credit card and Qantas account hasn't been charged either, although I can see the additional leg in the existing booking and it is also visible on the Japan Airline website.
