*QF2 SYD MEL - ~8am positioning

I flew QF24 PER/SYD on the ex HRE flight. I think for a short time there was also a QF67 that operated MEL/ADL/DPS - not sure if QF68 was via ADL also.

QF59/60 SYD/CNS/NGO vv, QF81/82 SYD/ADL/DRW/SIN vv & QF3 MEL/SYD/HNL/SFO vv.

I found an old ticket from 1993 BNE/xSYD/HNL/xSYD/BNE and both the domestic legs were international flight numbers (deliberately).

Browsing for something else and came across

JQ38 SYD 0830/0930 MEL 1000/1100 operating on Sundays only during September and October (first 3 flights at 1000, then after DS on 22-Sep 1100 departures)
(continuation from the DPS flight so obviously subject to volcano risk)

Ranging from $85-125, PlusPack $35, or $399 in J with Max $80

Here is what the latest BITRE monthly international airline passenger statistics has to say: note the absence of say PR BNE to DRW or return.

Looks like CX passengers BNE to CNS and is it SilkAir Cairns to darwin, or maybe JQ?

I've been looking at these lately simply because I miss the lounge and am not leaving Australia this year. That said, it's not as cheap or good value as it once was.

You can add QF81 (SYD-ADL) to the list.
