Non Amex Credit Card required with a 1:1 transfer rate to velocity

Is there a Visa or Mastercard out there, other than Virgin Money's product that has a $1 for 1 transfer to Velocity. To date I have not been able to find one other than Virgin Money which is quite expensive annually and even pricey for a supp card.

Citibank has changed their transfer rates a while ago.

There are many Qantas cards with a 1:1 transfer to QFF

A information would be appreciated.

Diners world mastercard earns at 12.5 points per dollar and I THINK transfers to velocity at 1:1

Off to check if I can navigate their ever-changing website and find out.

Citibank Signature Visa: 1.5 citi points per dollar spent and the redemption rate is 1.5 citi points for 1 velocity point, making it an effective $1:1 velocity point earner. (Their other premium card, Citi Select, gives 2 Citi points per dollar and has the same redemption rate making it an even better choice if you dont mind the annual fee (and meet the acceptance requirements)).
