NO VA availability on the using Krisflyer points??

IM trying to burn my last 15000 Krisflyer miles and want to fly ROK to MEL. There are no flight showing up anywhere including other destinations. Ive called SIN air in Sydney and they say there's no flights and to call Virgin. Virgin/Velocity say it's a Singapore air redemption, call them. Because its a long flight the balance of my Krisflyer points wont cover the distance if i transfer them to Velocity.

Any ideas??

Having a similar issue with MEL-NAN. Plenty of availability on VA for rewards but not available on SQ.

reward seats on Virgin seem to have completely disappeared via SIA. A year ago I could do 5 seats Syd to Bali easy peasy with KrisFlyer on Virgin

Same frustration here.. After booking a number of domestic flights on VA using SQ website over the last 12 months, it now shows no availability on any dates? Only a couple of months ago (mid March) I booked 6 tickets Adelaide to Bali on VA using the SQ website. Now I can't find a single flight no matter what route and dates (into next year).

I called SQ as I was trying to book a flight Adelaide to Bris or the GC and they said they were seeing some availability on their end and when asked why I couldn't see it online they had no idea? Seems to be very intermittent as I do recall it happening last year..

Hopefully they get it sorted out soon.. There are some good deals using Krisflyer points on VA..
