I was searching for flights using a $50 voucher. It's O(ut)range-ous that Orange does not appear as a destination (but only as the Orange-in) so I've asked QF to look into it. Is it just me that Orange is Out of Range?

ISTR that the system for using vouchers is different in some way to booking a standard revenue fare (from the homepage) and this results in some cities not displaying. Perhaps a legacy system that doesn't have (relatively speaking) newer routes?

Interestingly, I do see similar to you in that I can search for OAG – SYD but not SYD – OAG.

I'm sure if you phone and tell them you can't do it online they'll waive the booking fee.

Oh yes, GFF and OOM also appear as an origin but not destination in the search function for redeeming credits...

Just received a response from QF and I've asked them to raise it with their website team for investigation into the root cause (if they haven't already):

We are unable to advise as to why Orange is not a destination available for you to redeem your voucher towards.
We regret if you are wanting to redeem your voucher for travel to Orange, you will need to make contact with our Reservations team for assistance with re-booking.
We understand this may cause some inconvenience and apologise for this.
We nonetheless appreciate your time and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
 
Honestly, that's hilarious. Getting anything done by QFIT was pretty much impossible.
Yes, I have had to work with them several times over the years - while some are quite professional, getting past their minders can be time consuming

It is still only just past 7am in Delhi ....
