No More International Lounge Access on Jetstar Flights (except QF codeshare/JQ business max)

I have noticed now that QF is selling the QF codeshare more often on its website for international flights (ie MEL - DPS QF5427), but if you select classic reward it notes it will ticket as the JQ flight (JQ33) - this means no lounge access for any reward flight...

Classic Rewards invariably ticket with the native partner flight code. A real minefield with non-OW partner awards in whY - any OW status is often useless.

So I'd booked a SIN-DPS on JQ (max fare) but now have noticed the QF "Sale" price with the QF code is around the same price (if not a little cheaper) noting it doesn't include a seat/meal but does have the QF code which now is key for QF F Lounge access. I'm tempted to cancel the JQ for a voucher (which I'll easily use elsewhere) then book the QF code but it does seem a little fool me once here, sitting on the fence to book KLM instead.
Interestingly, if you somehow manage to get to the booking page that sells a SIN-DPS cash fare under the QF flight number, there is a link that indicates "You're booking a Jetstar flight", and it clearly states that on a Qantas codeshare, you get a meal voucher.

However, I seem to remember it's mentioned somewhere else that no meals are provided when the flight is operated by Jetstar, although that could be a Classic Reward where the ticket is issued with the prime flight number (i.e. JQ).

They did provide a $10 Voucher on board with classic rewards previously, this got stopped many years ago however.
