Jetstar Starter Plus is eligible for the minimum points guarantee.

Might not be the best table format for representing Jetstar flights, as it is a bit hard to show the difference between Starter and Starter Plus fares.
 
A hangover I guess, I got 1000 points E/W MEL-SYD on the cheapest JQi fare I could buy about 6 weeks ago.
