No Exchange of Hilton Points to Velocity?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed that VA are no longer listed as a partner airline through HH for the transfer of points to miles? However the exchange information still appears on the Velocity Website. Am I missing something?

At a rate of 10K HH to 1½K Velocity. (In increments of 10K)

Any idea on how long does the transfer take to complete ?

SPG completed in a day, am wondering if Hilton would be equally quick, need points for making a booking.
