Pic taken Last night at one of our all time favourite restaurants ‘Topolinos’ in Fitzroy St St Kildare. I have been going here since 1989 and it has always been HQ after any AFL match we attended. There is strong possibility that Topilinos has a limited future life so we are on a mission to give it 50 going away parties.

Food and service was excellent as usual - god I love this place and BYO to boot

Nice drop. In the slot and showing a nice balance of fruit and tertiary character. Tannins nicely tamed after a few years.

My records show that I purchased this wine in March 2019 for $20.00. Since then it has aged gracefully. The nose is powerful making me think of blackberry jam. The finish is long with delicate tannins. It's not a big bold Barossa shiraz, it's more "jammy" but still went down well with a rare t-bone.

It was meh.
Steak was nice, however the snacks and entree was average
Service was hit and miss, however they did have two large groups.
