I joined the Qantas Frequent Flyer program last week.

During April I bought a return flight (Qantas/British Airways) from London Heathrow to Melbourne. Flight departed during May and will return late September (in a few weeks time).

Therefore, I joined QFF after I bought the return flight, but will complete the return flight after joining QFF.

My question is - Can I claim points for the return flight?

The answer is yes.

You can claim points for any Eligible Flights taken after the enrolment and up to 30 days prior to that date.

You can't claim for the flight in April.
