I thought this was a no bickering thread. It’s started up again.
Yes, it has. But the good thing is that it's mostly from the same members. There's the useful little button in the AFF account which effectively makes them (or at least their comments) disappear. ;)
 
We hardly use Accor but they have given us a full refund.
Rydges on the other hand will just extend the time to stay.

Mixed bag for me with Accor : All prepaid
BNE AP Pullman keeping amount in credit - Booking was for yesterday
BNE KGS Pullman keeping in credit but only till 31/12/20 - Booking was for tonight
AKL AP Novotel emailed ~ 36 hours ago but yet to hear back - Booking over Easter

Providing AKL Novotel respond favourably I'll have no trouble using these 3 x credits
