Seems to reinforce the sexist roles, women were in FA (serving) roles and the few men featured were pilots.
As previously noted all the people in the ad were young and good looking. Not realistic.

virgin australia(or indeed the virgin group) has always marketed to the male population!!! virgin atlantic has scantily clad women on the fuselage!!! sadly to me the 'virgin' name will always be linked to richardbranson...who i find .......'creepy'!!!! HAVING SAID ALL THAT..it seems to be WORLDWIDE advertising culture to feature females more than males.. at the end of the day i think we choose airlines on price/convenience/benefits
