ok so i booked 6 months ago for my elderly parents from nz to melb. im a VA ff and have any issue sorted on the phone within ten minutes every time.
i've tried for days to contact qantas, 2 hour wait times no matter what time day or night.
for some reason tonight i got offered a callback thank god! only to have them call me back over two hours later to a dead line then hung up on, how in the heck do you even deal with this company it is bordering on the impossible.
i need to organise wheelchairs to and from the flight and seating as they need to be together as dad is mums career as she has early onset (which they are apparently trying to charge me for if i do it online?) frustrated beyond belief. can anyone assist? i managed to book wheelchair for one to the plane but what happens after? just need confirmation from someone everything will be sorted.
