Any chance you will be entering on a cruise? I did that visa free on a cruise out of Helsinki.

if and when they have e Visas for Australians, I would consider visiting Moscow and surrounds again...going through the Russian Visa application process again is not a process I wish to repeat in a hurry.

They will organise everything (well, almost everything). I used them for my private tour at St Petersburg arriving by cruise ship also.

Then look at SPB tours.We used them when we visited St.P on a cruise.We went for the personal tour-just the 2 of us but turned out cheaper than if we had taken the ships tours and we saw a lot more.Brilliant guide with excellent English and a nice black merc to take us around.
They organised the visa for us.We didn't have to do a thing.

We went down that channel last year but in the other direction; it's an interesting trip. The bridge has certainly progressed a lot in 12 months.

Just a quick reminder for business travellers that the the APEC criteria have changed over the years. Conditions are less onerous as to proving business use and the APEC is good for 5 years inc Russia.
