I'm no expert but it seems to be a little optimistic in terms of timeline.

Prototype not yet in construction and they hope to have it in the air by next year....

And they've already got orders for 75 or so.

Smells of a bid to attract sharemarket interest.

There is a very quiet concorde at the Intrepid air sea and space museum in NYC. I think it is similar to the new proposal: it does not fly.

In contrast, the one at CDG is in a very noisy place, but flies only with the aid of stand to keep it off the ground. Have a cousin in UK who once flew London-New York in Concorde and didn't stop talking about it for years after.
