Jetstar Asia is introducing 3 new routes, ex-SIN, most significant for tourists is probably to Danang, Vietnam. Also introduces 2 more Sumatra routes to Palembang and Pekanbaru in Indonesia.
Danang flights commence on 27 Nov, on Tues, Fri, Sun, timed really for the Singapore market (perfect for weekenders), although I'd expect they may end up carrying an EK codeshare as they do connect well with EK flights. Dep SIN at 18:05 arr DAD @ 19:35, dep DAD @ 20:15 , arr SIN @ 23:45. Don't really work with QF flights ex-Australia (maybe QF 81 from SYD, at a stretch).
