Saw the trailer for this - looks great. Jason Reitman's track record is pretty solid (Thank You for Smoking and Juno), and this looks to be as good.

As for Clooney, well I have a lot of time for him too - and this movie looks perfect for him. Seeing him brandish the Admiral's Club card was pretty amusing.

As an aside, the producers must have hooked up a decent product placement deal with AA, they are all over this movie - even so far as to advertising the existence of the Concierge Key. Wonder how many AAdvantage signups they'll get as a result.

Is there another preview that shows more, because even though Concierge Key was mentioned in this preview, it might be the only reference. It's apparently based on a book (I don't read much) so I'd expect there to be some real substance to the movie, and that scene just illustrates they're frequent flyers and has the product placement, but that's it.

Long wait anyway, early Jan in Australia.
