Flybuys revamped their website over the last weekend. Has anyone tried it out? What do you think of it? What new features have you found? Have you had trouble displaying it on your web browser and which web browsers work and don't work with the new site?

Do you think the new features will help you keep track of your points better or help you gain more bonus points.

I haven't looked at the new features in great detail but I'm hoping that there will be more information of bonus point transactions and the details of the initial purchase date or promotion along with the relevant bonus points.

Its weird, transaction history does not show recent activity but the summary does, ie my weekend shopping.

We're working through some minor teething issues with the transition to the new website and this has been one of them; apologies. Do let us know if you see something else that doesn't look quite right.

Any idea when this will be fixed? The latest activities still haven't been credited. I'm 1500 points away from a buffet...

I also notice that when I open the Flybuys page it shows my account summary and points, but when i wish to look at transactions it has not retained my flybuys number, as it did before. Therefore have to type in my Flybuys number again.
Agree with what others say about summary and transactions.

This one should be corrected this week as well

Do we have to go to the new flybuys website in order to activate offers? We used to be able to activate offers just by clicking on the activate offer button on the email.

I can't get the new website working correctly on my browser at the moment and have no idea whether any of my offers have been activated since the new website started. The new flybuys web page offer section comes up on my browser when I click activate now but no "Thank you for activating your offer etc." message appears. I don't want to wait over 4 weeks for my points only for flybuys to claim I didn't activate the offer. Are the call center staff able to activate offers on my behalf?

My transaction view is weird with a debit and credit for every single transaction, is this normal ?

Just discovered something interesting.

From the home page after logging in, if I click on View all Activity, the latest transaction doesn't appear in that list. But if I change the drop down box from All Transactions to something else (except Tips), then change it back to All Transactions, then my latest transaction appears!!! But the transactions around 5 Aug to 11 August are still missing.

At least you have transactions for August. MIne are still lost in limbo. (I got access to someone elses computer to check my balance as the transaction listing feature also doesn't work on my web browser)

Transaction info should be displaying ok now. You may need to close your browser and re-open. Let us know if you still have problems.

My home network broswer (firefox) still won't display most of the website. I can get my points balance but no transaction listing, offer details or redemption functions. I was able to get to another computer and get into my account. The August transactions have now been listed and I was able to redeem some flybuys dollars. I don't like having my personal details up on someone elses computer though, as the security on our home network is much better than some other networks. I also activated an offer for the weekend that hasn't actually been sent to me yet by email.

The new flybuys website still doesn't like my firefox browser but I think I discovered one improvement today.

I've been receiving offers most weeks and I've used the "activate now" link and attempted to activate the offers. Usually it would take me to the offers page but wouldn't give me a message to say that the offers had been activated. I'd then go to a public computer or a friends computer, log into my account and go to the offers page. I'd then have to activate the offers again in order to get the status to change to offer activated. This all changed today. I received a couple of offers, hit activate on them, then later went to the library to redeem some flybuys points. When I logged into my account I noticed that the offers that I had just received were showing as activated. I was quite impressed by this. I hope it's a permanent change rather than just a fluke.

Really wish they would make it work with Firefox. How can companies pay for a website that doesn't work with one of the major browsers?

Hi, sorry you're having trouble - our website should work across all browsers and we're not aware of any issues specific to Firefox. What specific issues are you having?

Oh, I thought it was a general issue. I couldn't redeem my points until switching to IE. te rewards wouldn't display properly from memory. Will look again and post something more specific if it's a limited problem.
