New changes to QF FF account page

Websites are no longer designed for laptops unfortunately. Once upon a time, you had a nice compressed set of information all on the one screen without the need for scrolling. Now you always have to scroll, scroll, scroll and then scroll some more. Lot's of white space. Not so bad if I set the browser at 67% zoom.

More like 6.7% if the trend continues.

Yep, looks like it.

Your Status Credits reset every year but they never totally disappear

... but my WP1 'status' has. :(

What a lot of plonkers. Would you run your business this way?

They just can't seem to leave the program alone.
Changes, yair, changes, but all these changes benefit QF. Not us.
I remember with fondness when flying like ADL - SYD in whY could be attainable for 15 QF SC which now is ADL - BNE in whY.

Well the three flight reservations seem to have gone "somewhere" (found under Your Bookings but not on splash page). OTOH the "next step" seems more informative as " You need 2060 more Status Credits including at least 2445 more Status Credits on Qantas marketed flights". :p

Just wandering
Fred

I don't understand why all websites need to be redesigned for tablets.

Just like the websites that think I need to use the mobile version of their website on the smartphone. Went to pay/top-up 28 degrees while I was overseas. I could not enter a number in the payment amount but it would accept $290.00 which was an amount I used previously.

I just gave feedback at the bottom of the page using this icon:

You can even select the part of the page that you dislike specifically
Requested the wheel and lifetime SC tally back

The Your Bookings panel on the account home page doesn't seem to load in Chrome on my computer but is fine in Firefox.

My account page shows QC membership expires Thursday 31 January 2019 (though have been WP/SG for many years now)... and no need for 2FA as yet, either.

Requested the wheel and lifetime SC tally back

Is that on the website as I do not appear to have the icon? Maybe they are not interested in my views !! There is provision for feedback on the app.
I would also like to continue to see the lifetime SC total beyond 14,000.

My Qantas Club shows 31 Jan 19. I haven't been a paid Qantas club member since 2005 when I was upgraded to Gold. I'll almost certainly go LTG before dropping back to Silver. I know you can get a refund once you get LTG, can you ask for it early? Or give it to someone else?

Probably not a great idea putting this information on the website - reminds Gold/Plat/P1 people they have unused credit sitting there waiting! I completely forgot about it until just now.

There is a still a wheel of sorts, and a little plane that flies along along a line of SCs.
