New Amex statement credits

They are the pits, but the trick is to order for pickup yourself! Otherwise, 2 day old food

Pickup is the way to go. They often do decent pickup-only promos too

Received this email just now, but can't find the offer in the app.

I received the email at 2.01pm today and couldn't see the offer in the app or when logged on with my PC as soon as I received the email. I have just called Amex and after she checked my account she could see that the 3,000 card limit had already been achieved so that was why I couldn't see it. I had seen this offer mentioned on Ozbargain this morning and the offer wasn't showing in my Amex account then either so others have received the email with the offer a lot earlier than I did. Some comments on Ozbargain had some people had not receiving the offer and it wasn't showing and others said that they found the offer at the bottom of the list and that they had registered.

I asked the lady I spoke to at Amex to submit feedback that the 3000 card limit must have already been achieved before I received the email. The first 3,000 cards for the offer seems to be a low number for Amex to offer.

Yes, I registered yesterday, also saw it on ozb this morning so expect it was oversubscribed well before the email was sent.
and not everyone got it to start with.

I have it on my QF Biz AMEX but not QF Gold CC. SYD+1 missed out on Gold CC also.

Until rereading the offer, I hadn’t realised it was a general spend / bonus points offer! I need to try and time it so they fall in my next PC year.

Well, i heard it here first and activated yesterday morning.

Hoped to double dip somehow when the email dropped, but nothing new. Agree is a terrible and misleading experience these emails, and not the first time!
