OK - I think I worked it out.
My last month's statement ( 3rd month of promotion ) I received exactly 586,345 points (not dollars).
They have now credited the 3rd month's double points.
I suspect hey are working backwards on the double point promotion.
Cruiser - your last month's points wouldn't be only 1875 points ?

Yes, in the rewards statement the SPEND $ represents the points earned. I have received all my bonus points - the first 2 months appeared in the 3rd statement & the 3rd month appeared in my last (4th) statement. Mind you my total bonus points including ATO spend is a low 6 figure sum (enough for 1 suites return to London) so nothing like some of you guys are entitled to. Maybe they are putting the ruler over the large amounts. I hope you all get your entitlements.

Hi All,

Received all the bonus points now. last month got 2 months worth and the balance a couple of days ago.

Very happy 2.5 F trips to Europe SIA. All for no extra cost to me or my business.

Now the decision of whether to warehouse it or transfer to Krisflyer........ I suppose thinking a bonus transfer offer might come along might be a tad greedy.

Seem to be missing some points too. I thought it was doubled the points you earned during the promo period. Short about 1/3.

Delicate timing operation with my largest ever BAS seeing out Altitude in coming weeks. Points to then transfer over to new Business Altitude account and then either close or have Black transferred over to SQ card as part of December renewal.

I has a call from Westpac today, 4 days after I rang and asked why I only received about 1/3 of the double point bonus.
They informed me that a decision has been made not to award me the rest of the points. I asked why, but the caller stated he was not authorised to tell me! I asked who was, and he said only Westpac Customer Relations (why did they not call me ??)
Eventually got put through to customer relations who informed me that Altitude points are handled by an external contractor and the contractor has made this decision - but they will have to look into why...
Awaiting another call.

I'm after this as well now. Have finally got an answer back from Altitude Rewards centre, and they're refusing to award me the bonus points for the 3rd month because they're maintaining that a) ATO spend doesn't count as it wasn't personal and b) the promotion period was 3 months from when the account was opened.

As far as I know, the original 3 month double points offer did not preclude ATO spend and that it was 3 months from card activation(explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of the offer). As there was a week's difference between account opening and me actually receiving the cards so I could activate it and start using it, they're missing about a week's worth of purchases eligible for double points.

I've been put through to their Customer Relations where I've outlined the situation, and hopefully they can help me out. If they can't, I'm going straight to F.O.S. as well with this, and having the initial T&Cs will help. All my ATO spend was personal PAYG(not business related), and I also bought a brand new Mercedes with the credit card, paying the surcharge to do so, believing that the double points would make up for it.

EDIT: Saw a post where Quokka77 mentioned a screenshot was taken of the double points offer page. Have PM'ed Quokka to see if that screenshot still exists. Might be useful
