I would like to get 80 SCs on a flight to either Townsville or Cairns at some stage in December (I'm flexible with dates), and I'd like to know which routes I can take to get there the cheapest. I know that flying via BNE would only earn 30 SCs each way, but I'm not too sure about other direct/stop-over flights.

Would the daily JQ direct flight as a JetFlex ticket be the cheapest option? Or QF/JQ via other east coast cities?

Cheers

markis10 will no doubt line up a good JASA for you, assuming you have enough points to spend.

Where are you based?

Do you have any points, a HBA_CBR J any seat award is 100 SC for 16000 points + a little cash, if you are keen to go to TSV, look at a ADL-BNE-TSV JASA for 24000 points + cash!

That's not bad! Well, I'm based in MEL and I was planning on spending a day or two in TSV or CNS. I've got some any-seat points to burn, but I'm willing to spend the money if it's not too expensive.

I am in TSV at the moment, I went MEL-BNE-TSV. that'll net you 240 SC's in J.

Anything through to DRW Markis10?

If you go to a place you want to go go, more the better

TSV-BNE-DRW is a favorite JASA for me, 24K and nets good points as well as 140 SC, while costing 12K less than if you caught the same flight ex BNE :D
