Just completed a 2 night side trip to Nashville and can highly recommend Stay Alfred 505 on Church Street. The apartment is fully self contained with family sized fridge, oven and microwave, full length glass windows, decent sized bathroom (we requested walk-in shower, but I believe you can also get ones with bath), king sized bed in separate area from living room which had 3 seat sofa bed, occasional chair, wall mounted big screen tv with cable and free internet access. There is also a washer/dryer tucked away in a closet if needed. We also had a balcony with 2 chairs which was very pleasant for pre dinner drinks.
Located on the 7th floor is a large pool, billiard table, dog park, tennis court, firepit lounge, bbq, fitness centre and even a Starbucks coffee machine. Unfortunately, we didnt have enough time to enjoy most of it, but were none the less impressed.
The location is excellent being about about a 5 minute walk to the bars on Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and heaps of great restaurants. There is a Walgreens a couple of minutes walk away and also a nearby liquor store. The free green and blue bus routes are also easily accessible. There is onsite valet parking at $34 or $38 (can't recall exactly), but just around the corner is public parking at the library for $14 per day, which is the option we chose.
The apartments are non serviced, but there is 24 hour assistance in the lobby if you have any issues.
