Actually quite sad this is.........but dont want 75k NAB points for +1's card to post until about the 12th or later.....currently pooling my points/status to said +1 and 14 SC's will ensure she only needs 1 extra rtn flight before requal gold in March.....The quicker the November FlyBuys post the better so she can pool the 75k in pts back to me :)!

Bit disappointed I haven't received my 75k yet, especially since people have reported getting their points on the equivalent QFF card very quickly this month. I met my qualifying spend on this card almost 6 weeks ago. :(

Anybody received their points for this card lately?

same here.. did my qualifying spend 2 months ago, have received two statements and been charged the annual fee. maybe i'll give them a call this week to see what's going on
 
My wife is also waiting for her points. Mid October was when she hit the target so its been 2 months. They do say in the fine print it can be up to 3 but still...
 
just spoke to NAB and they said the points are going to be on the 4th statement

I seem to think they only pay the bonus every 3 or 4 months? Got my (3rd?) statement tonight, no bonus points yet (unlike AMEX who are amazingly quick!)
 
I have called a few times chasing my third lot of BP's. Was just quoted the T&C's and the 90 days. Hit the spend on 9th Sept and so the 90 day limit was reached two weeks ago. Still no points and I have been away so unable to call again. Will be on the phone next business day to chase them up.
 
4th statement show up today, and Still no points. Very very disappointed NAB!!!

My wife and i are also still waiting for the points to come through. I rang a few weeks back and spoke to a knowledgeable phone operator. She took my details and used them to check if the points are 'in the background' ready to be credited at the next statement. They were not. She said they can see a couple of weeks out if they are going to be coming through with the next statement. Maybe i will try calling again today. One interesting thing i learnt when speaking to her was that payments to the ATO do not count towards eligible spend to trigger the bonus points. I took screenshots of the offer and could see no mention of ATO spend being excluded, only gambling services. This could be an issue for some.

My 90 days were up on 8th Dec. No points and I was only able to follow up yesterday as I have been away on a cruise. Person on the phone said there was an email on the system in relation to my previous enquiry that said to credit my pts within 48 hours. Email was sent to them on 4th Dec. Still no points. I voiced my disappointment and she has also requested some compensation pts to be awarded. Still worth the effort for my 3rd lot of bonus points so I will cancel and return next decent offer once I receive my pts.
 
Rang up just now, NAB did not give any explanation. All they can do to lodge investigation why the point has not posted yet. it will take 5-7 working days for further news. Noob NAB

If outside 90 days from the time you met the minimum spend hit them up for some extra points because they did not meet their T&C's

Suggesr you look at the approach i took as detailed on the hsbc credit card thread when i had similar issues. The minimum you should aim for is a full refund of the annual fee.

Thanks NAB. Now to hit them up for a reimbursement of my annual fee seeing as they breached their T&C's by taking more than 90 days to deliver the bonus points.

Then cancel and wait till the next offer.
