I twice rented a car in Hawaii. First lot of 500 bonus points was credited, second lot is missing. This occured in April.
I flew Virgin Australia 4.5 weeks ago from Perth to Melbourne return. No points credited to Krisflyer. Virgin confirm they had my Krisflyer number.

Is it normal for Singapore Airlines to take 2 months and/or 4.5 weeks to credit points from third parties to your account?

I did not keep my rental agreement handed to me in Hawaii because I saw no point in doing so. I probably don't have boarding passes for Virgin either.

So it appears as though T class on Virgin Australia Domestic is not creditable to Singapore Airlines. How on earth do I determine the booking class when purchasing a Virgin Australia flight online?? Ive just made a test booking and at no point are there any options to display booking class other than Saver, Saver light, etc.

For an Avis claim I found my rental agreement from the website via my Wizard number. Maybe whichever firm you used may have similar. For an airline claim although the SQ form asked for BP, I attached the e-ticket which I had on my email.
