    Hi,

Does anyone know a site (or a program) that will allow me to quote up some flights?

I am now traveling quite a bit (once a month) and I am on a steep learning curve to not be ripped of by travel agents/ air operators.

The segments that I am looking at today is PER-BNE-SIN-PER. I can not find a site to quote it.

    Regards,
    Stuart

Try this site ITA software: trip planner. It handles multi segment trips.

Remember to change the sales city an Australian city to get quote in AUD.

Thank you. I checked my flights with that website and they were $1,300 more than my travel agent.

If you want to buy this ticket, contact the airline (Qantas Airways: 1-800-227-4500) or a travel agent. If you use a travel agent to buy this ticket:

    * If your travel agent is online and has an e-mail address, e-mail this itinerary to them
    * If your travel agent is not online, print out this page and fax/give it to them

It is very important to use exactly the same booking codes and fare codes that we've used on this page in order to match the price we've found.

It has done two one-way trips there (presumably because you're going to PER and not the return to BNE), generally ups the cost a lot.

Never got past reading the ITN help file for all the different codes to get it right. If you're like me then try:

    HWT Multi Trip

It found some flights on QF BNE-DRW-SIN-PER for 1,036.33 (including taxes and fees) on the dates you had.

    edit:
Reading your original post I see you were wanting PER-BNE-SIN-PER

Plugged in PER-BNE for 17th April into the booking and the price is now 1,471.09 including all taxes and fees for a direct routing of PER-BNE-SIN-PER.

I would hazard a guess and say that the airfare you mention is discount economy whereas in the previous post v8statesman is quoting business class airfares.

Yes they are Business class. I did not include the PRE-BNE as that is not a company flight.

The BNE-SIN and SIN-PER are being paid for by my company and so they can sit me up the front. I was surprised when my travel agent came back with a fraction over 3k for it when the online site was approx 4.5k
