Multi-city search error when adding 6th flight (SYD-CBR)

When I search for a multi-city flight booking (Canberra to Dublin and returning from Rome, via Dubai and Sydney) in May-June I can only get a result when I delete the final sector SYD-CBR.

If I include the final flight, on the next day after the DXB-SYD flight, I get an error "We couldn't find any flights for the dates you entered. Try changing the details and search again. (#66002)". I've tried different dates for the whole trip, and going via MEL, but always get the same error.

Any suggestions for avoiding the error? I know I can ring the airline and probably get the booking fee waived because of the website glitch, but I'd like to play around with dates to minimise the fare.

It's probably a married sector issue. Does it work if you have a >24 hour stop in Sydney? That's your answer if so.

I'd just call up and hope you get through to Hobart. Cape Town will probably tell you to book the last leg as a separate ticket (which might be easier if you're overnighting anyway).
