MR Points not posting from 15 NOV to 20 NOV.

Just spoke to MR and was advised that due to a system error they are sorting out points for the above dates and hope to have them posted by the end of the month.

Just checked my account and all points seem present and accounted for...

No wonder I was checking my MR no points awarded during that period too and I rang up AMEX and they can't give me a valid answer

I had a brief blip in that timeframe but all are there now. My statement period also ended around then, so it is a bit out but on line is good.

This morning all the points have appeared for the 5 day period.

Good timing too because I was a little low on points.

On my account, the base points have posted for all charges but the bonus points have posted for just some transactions from 14/11 until 25/11. Three calls to Amex but still no resolution, just apologies from them.
