Motto by Hilton will launch in 2027 in Sydney’s CBD, marking the arrival of the lifestyle brand in Australia as part of a greater Asia Pacific expansion.
The Motto lifestyle brand is Hilton’s seventh in Australia, and offers “cleverly compact design, vibrant social spaces and locally inspired experiences,” according to the group.
Located in Sydney CBD, the former Bank of China headquarters will be converted to feature 152 rooms, with the compact designed Motto by Hilton to offer a diverse mix of accommodation, including 96 standard rooms, 14 bunk rooms, 14 flex rooms, eight accessible rooms and 20 suites. In addition, 56 rooms are able to interconnect to suit families and small groups.
