Hi guys,

Just seeking some feedback on the best way to make hotel bookings for QFF Points.

I use hotelclub.com/amex when I know my booking will be $350+ (have an ANZ FF card incl Amex), but just querying who I should typically use for booking less than $350. Should I book with ANZ's hotel partners directly, or is there somewhere else I could use that's more rewarding?

I haven't spent a whole lot of time in hotels, but that may gradually be starting to increase in the future. Not sure if it would be worth starting with a hotel loyalty program due to not knowing how often/frequently I would be staying in hotels.

Thanks for the assistance,
C

Depends, are you likely to be staying in areas where there is a main brand/chain? What is your corporate budget like? I.e. can you stay in the Hilton or are you going to be a Holiday Inn type of traveller?

Are QF points even going to be the best reward you can get? It all depends on what you want to use them for. Maybe you could earn enough points to get free stays? And status in the hotel is worth it if you can maintain it.
