Look I get that it's nice to be addressed by name, but seriously is this a thread all because an FA didn't have your name on hand when they came around to speak to you?
Understand where you're coming from, harvyk - and if none else else had been greeted and the OP complained, I'd agree.
However, in this case, it's obviously that those with lesser status (WP like me) were greeted, but the WP1 wasn't even recognized by name. Massive fail in my book - and I'd be peeved too it I spent the amount of money that the OP must have done with QF and although their processes allowed them to recognize lesser mortals they couldn't even know my name. Pretty poor form, QF.
On a different point in this thread ... I have a fairly easy to pronounce surname, but its one letter off an even more common surname. I've lost count of the number of times I've had the CSM read my BP and address me with the more common surname than my own. I figure: if they can't even read precisely, then why even bother?? So those with "complicated surnames": you've no chance!!
