So for over two weeks now whenever i log into Qantas and go to My Bookings page I get the below error:

1595318627528.png

It doesnt seem possible to Manage My Bookings using the webiste anymore, which means I am unable to redeem flight credit vouchers because I cant see them to get the reference.

If i log inot the app I can see flights and Qantas Hotel Bookings up until December, but not the credit vouchers.

As Ive only ever redeemed vocuhers using web site, and cant see them in the app is my only option to call QFF and wait online for 10hrs +?

Is anyone else unable to see the MMB screen? Ive tried Chrome and Edge and Intenret Exporer.

Solution
Fixed it.

I had to clear all browser data (history, permissions, form data and cookies) for all Qantas sites - now displays properly again.
Messaged QF via Facebook, most frustrating concversation. Kept asking me for booking Ref, insteading of acknowledging that the website isnt working. I said I cant see any bookings on the "My Booking" page!

So it seems I can look up individual bookings if I trawl through emails to find each individual reference number and look up one by one, but the "my Bookings" page which used to show all bookings and vouchers is not going to be fixed, because Qantas wont acknowleged (despite providing a screen shot) that it is broken.

Just as a data point - it's working fine for me, but I don't have any credit vouchers which might be causing the issue.

Have your credit vouchers not retained the PNR of the previously cancelled flights?

I changed browsers and that seemed to fix it. One account was fine, the other received that message, multiple times. Its random so no one seems to know what to do.

Just tried on tablet using Chrome and all is ok, yet 3 different browsers on laptop wont work. Guess the work experience kids have been tinkering again.

Thanks for checking for me.

Another data point: I can log in to MMB and view my vouchers using either Firefox or IE on my Windows laptop.

Maybe clear your cache in one of the browsers and try again?

Regards,

BD

I've had this issue on and off over the last few weeks and it tells me I have no bookings. Working ok today though.

I had this issue twice, each time it would last until I cleared my cookies, it was on google chrome. The second time I used the search cookies option on chrome to only clear the qantas related one, that way it doesnt mess up your other cookies.

It seems to be a recurring issue with Chrome.

One more trick: incognito mode in the web browser.
It is probably going to do the work too as it won't use cookies. I had an issue again, not on the MMB, but on the lounge invite portal, and it has been a while. I thought it was a Qantas website issue, then this thread reminded me it could be cookie-related, which it was :)

Anyone else not able to bring up the option to use points to upgrade?
When I click on upgrade, the options on the choose page are all greyed out no matter which booking I look at?

Yes I have had that problem too with 2 flights I booked a few days ago. I wanted to upgrade them to J. There were J awards available on those flights. I sent a message to QF and they did the upgrade for me.
