Mixed fare class status credits?

Hi all, I flew SYD-AUH-LHR on a saver fare with Etihad codeshare on the AUH-LHR leg. With regard to SCs, the boarding pass for the Etihad flight had the ticket as a Y fare class. Will the SCs for that sector be earned at the discount rate from the saver fare, or the full rate based on the Y class boarding pass?

It will credit at Saver ... Y would be referring to the cabin class
