Qantas rejected a missing points claim on JAL. It looks like the *class* of travel got mis-specified in the claim, all other details being correct (that or the sequence number)
Its irritating as hell how complicated the claim process is, and the lack of inter-Oneworld process to get this stuff done properly: the Travel Agent had the FF number and it beggars belief they didn't know the PAX details.
But that aside, given I have the stub, whats the best path in, to expedite getting this fixed?
