Missing Points rejected but I hold a ticket stub. what action do I take?

Qantas rejected a missing points claim on JAL. It looks like the *class* of travel got mis-specified in the claim, all other details being correct (that or the sequence number)

Its irritating as hell how complicated the claim process is, and the lack of inter-Oneworld process to get this stuff done properly: the Travel Agent had the FF number and it beggars belief they didn't know the PAX details.

But that aside, given I have the stub, whats the best path in, to expedite getting this fixed?

Don't worry, I've had claims rejected even though every detail in the claim was exactly right! They do relent when faced with scan.
