Missing Points Claim

Guys

I flew South African Airways (co share with Qantas) to South Africa return in early Feb. For reasons I wont go into, the Qantas points didnt come through so I claimed the missing points online through Qantas. The website says that it could take up to 14 working days to process for Qantas partner flights. My claim was put through on 13 Feb and I still havent heard anything. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

If my points/status credits don't appear after a reasonable time after I have done an online claim I always phone them.

I flew on Jetstar the other day an a fare that was eligible to earn points and SCs. The trip got acknowledged on my account but with 0 points and SCs. I sent them an email with my booking reference number and receipt on the friday and received a call on the Tuesday saying that it had all been fixed up. Points were credited to my account that afternoon.

If you've already filed an online claim, call or email them with reference number to chase up.
