Missing Flight Information QF028 21 March 1993

Greetings.

Firstly I hope I am using the correct forum for my question.

My name is Steve and back in the 1990s I undertake significant overseas travel for work and despite being able to work out all my flights, especially as I have a copy of my international movement records, I am having issues resolving one particular trip.

I am trying to locate (without any luck so far) where QF028 originated from that arrived into SKSA on 21 March 1993 at approximately 07:30. I have searched through my passport that was used on this date but from multiple travels in that passport I can't find a countries departure stamp that would have been within two or three days of arriving into Sydney on this date and time.

Is anyone able to assist at all.

According to this website: VH-EBA Boeing 747-238B

… that particular 747 flew its last commercial flight as QF28 on 29 March 1993, with service from Hong Kong to Sydney.

So a week earlier it would have been the same, HKG-SYD… unkess it originated elsewhere first?

It is Hong Kong. QF 27/28 was the daily SYD-HKG rotation.
