My wife and I decided to try the 'Miles & More' program after a travel agent put us on business class to Zurich with Swissair. We made sure our M&M memberships were recorded but no points arrived. I asked for the points and was told to produce boarding passes. No response. Our next trip to Europe was also business class via Swiss and once again no points. Never again with any M&M affiliates. Two more trips this year (Japan and Europe) are both with Qantas where I know we have no problems getting or using points.
