This is why I'm holding off re-booking my flights for my European Holiday for April-May. No point going overseas if there is going to be a fuel / energy crisis, which in turn has other knock-on effects. It will also take months to get most of the supply back online again.
The USS Tripoli should arrive in the northern Arabian sea by early next week. So by this time next week we will get a better understanding of just how much longer this mess is going to go on for. I feel the US has been waiting for the USS Tripoli to arrive before they escalate things more. Their objective is to secure the Strait of Hormuz. Replacing the Iran regime is in the too hard basket, something they should've realised before launching an attack...
